Church Membership

The Church membership list (Electoral Roll) is revised each year.

What are the benefits of being on the Electoral Roll?electoral-roll-logo-024It helps others to contact you, helps in being part of the church and allows you to vote at the Vision Night.

Who can apply?
Anyone over the age of 16, is baptized and either lives in the parish, or has attended for more than six months.

New Members

If you wish to be placed on the electoral roll we invite you to fill out the application form and return it to us.


If you are an existing member and have changed your address, telephone number, e-mail address or name in the past year, please complete the form (marking it ‘amendment’).

The form is available to download here, or copies are in Church and St Michael’s Centre.

Once you have completed the form, please place it in the box marked “Electoral Roll Revision” in Church or St Michael’s Centre reception, or hand it in to the office  ( we need to have the original signed copy of the form, rather than an emailed form please!)

All forms must be in by 24th March.
