Electoral Roll Revision 2019

What is the Electoral Roll?

It is a way of saying ‘I belong’ – an act of commitment to the local church and to the church as a whole. It also enables you to vote at the church’s annual meeting (the APCM). If you are eligible to join, we would love to encourage you to sign up. To be on the electoral roll at St Michael’s you need to have worshipped with us regularly for at least the last six months or be resident in the parish. You should be baptised and at least 16 years old. If you are unsure of the parish boundaries, you can view them here.

Why revise it?

Every six years we are required by the Church of England to make a brand new list. This means we will delete everyone from the Electoral Roll and ask people to sign up again.
