During August we are running a series of online events on Wellbeing.
Using talks from Patrick Regan (founder of the Kintsugi Hope charity), each evening will be introduced by Julie Bradley. Following the the talk (which we will stream via youtube), we will then gather together on zoom to talk in small groups about the subject matter. Each small group/breakout room will be facilitated by a leader.
