Gift Day May 2026

Our historic Church building has held more than bricks and mortar — it has held us. But buildings don’t stand still. They either fade, or they’re renewed.
The Heart of the Community Project has been more than a building project. It has been a fourfold vision:
- Build the St Michael’s Church Centre
- Give 10% away beyond ourselves
- Restore our historic church
- Renew our existing buildings
Last year, you helped achieve so much through your generosity: The historic Church building has been fully renewed and refreshed. The vestry relocated to the old tower room. New practical facilities have been created, including toilets and a kitchen
We are now just £20,000 away from having all the funds needed to complete the church refurbishment
We aim to raise a total of £50,000 for:
Church refurbishment completion (£20,000 remaining)
Coffee Shop renewal (Flooring, Décor, Windows)
Lower Hall Upgrades (Flooring, Velux windows)
