Wills, Probate & Powers of Attorney Workshop

We are all getting older! But wouldn’t it be great to know that all our affairs are in order so that those we leave behind don’t have to worry?
Wills are about what happens after we die.
Powers of Attorney cover the common situation when we are still here but are incapacitated (for whatever reason) to handle our affairs.
We’re hosting a free workshop on Saturday 28 September in St Michael’s Centre, starting at 10am, and finishing at 12pm.
The speaker is Heledd Wyn, a Partner in the Bristol-based law firm of Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors (formerly Gregg Latchams) to speak at this workshop. Heledd specialises in Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts, Tax and Powers of Attorney, and she belongs to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an organisation for solicitors and others specialising in such matters, which carries out its own professional qualifications.
Areas covered in the workshop:
•Wills
•Powers of Attorney
•Inheritance tax
• Care Home fees
If you have yet to make a will, or need to update your will, or enquire about Powers of Attorney, or are considering Care Home provision, then please come along to Seminar Room S2 in the new St Michael’s Church Centre for an informative and stimulating workshop.
